Frequently Asked Questions

We frequently get asked about the door ranges and furniture we supply, the folloing FAQ's may be able to assist you but if you need any further details please do not hesitate in contacting us:

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: There is no minimum order quantity for wardrobe, kitchen doors, panels and accessories although cabinets have a minimum order quantity of 3 cabinets

Q: Is fitting replacement wardrobe doors easy?

A: If you are competent at DIY and have the necessary tools and knowledge then fitting is a straight forward process. If you do not feel confident then we suggest seeking the assistance of a reputable trade professional who can complete the work for you

Q: Can I replace just my doors or do I need to buy new cabinets?

A:Replacement wardrobe and kitchen doors are the ideal solution if you just want to give new life to old cabinets. Door replacements are an easier option to a complete refit but do guage the condition of you cabinets to ensure they are in a suitable condition.

Q: My old doors are de-laminating can the surface material be replaced?

A: If your door design and colour is still available it is easier and more cost effective to buy a new door. 

Q: Are the doors only available in standard sizes?

A: All door ranges are available in standard sizes the option to have the doors made to measure is available. 

Q: Are the doors available in high gloss?

A: Gloss finishes are available but do note that some of the Shaker and Handleless designs in the Bella range do not offer high gloss as an option. This is due to the door design having fine features that can increase the risk of delamination, to provide a highly reliable product these door designs are not offered with a gloss finish

Q: What happens if my doors are received damaged?

A: Damages, loss and shortages need to be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. If reporting damaged products take a photo and send this to Doors Sincerely so we can arrange a like for like replacement.

Q: Do you have a showroom?

A: We do not have a showroom, as an inernet company our aim is to provide high quality products to our customers at great prices, by not having a showroom the cost savings we pass onto our customers and provide best prices. We are happy to meet with customers at our office but we do ask customers to make an appointment just to ensure someone is available to see you

Q: Does Doors Sincerely supply to the public?

A: Yes, we supply to the public and trade. 

Q: How long has Doors Sincerely been established?

A: Doors Sincerley has been operating for the past 18 years, supplying kitchen and bedroom products to trade and retail customers throughout the UK and Ireland

Q: Do you offer a fitting service?

A: Our service is supply only, we do not offer a fitting service. If you intend to fit the products yourself ensure you have the necessary knowledge and tools available otherwise it is recommended to employ a reputable trade professional.

Q: Do you offer a design service?

A: We can assist customers with planning and design and have provided 100's of CAD designs over the years. We know purchasing a bedroom or kitchen can be daunting and CAD helps to show customers exactly how their design will look and ensures a design meets design expectations inside and out.

Q: Do doors, accessories and cabinets come with a guarantee?

A: We work with established industry professionals to ensure the products we supply meet the highest quality standards. Doors and panels are supplied with a 6 year manufacturers guarantee, cabinets have a 10 year guarantee and drawer runners and hinges are guaranteed for life

Q: Does Doors Sincerely provide a delivery service?

A: All the products we supply are available for delivery throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Some more remote areas such as Wales, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and ROI will incur an additional delivery charges. Please note bedroom and kitchen cabinets do have limitations with regards to delivery areas but we will always notify customers should this be the case.

Q: How much is delivery?

A: Delivery charges vary depending on the item being supplied, doors for instance have a delivery charge between £20 and £32 and cabinet deliveries have a delivery charge of £85

Q: Will I get an order acknowledgemen and invoice?

A: Yes, we ensure all documentation is sent to you by e mail, if you want a hard copy posted to you just let us know

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Delivery for made to order products such as doors, panels and cabinets takes approximately 2 weeks, we will keep you updated and will advise you of your delivery date prior to the goods arriving, cabinets take between 2 and 3 weeks.

Q: What happens if my order is faulty?

A: If you receive a faulty product call us ASAP. We will do everything we can to get products replaced on the fastest leadtime available if goods have been received damaged or shortages are reported. Do bear in mind that made to order products do need about 9 to 10 days and for this reason we always recommend fitting is arranged once all items have been received and inspected

Q: Do you offer weekend deliveries?

A: Deliveries are made weekdays, Monday to Friday
